The brand-new sixth-generation market, opened in October 2025 just east of District 5. It is Yiwu’s smartest trading hub: fashion jewelry, baby & maternity, outdoor goods, drones and AI equipment, wrapped in 5G, AI navigation and digital trade services.
District 6 is the core project of Yiwu’s “sixth-generation market” (义乌全球数贸中心). Its market block opened on 14 October 2025 with more than 5,000 standard stalls, while the full complex — market, business offices, commercial street, apartments and a digital trade port — is due for completion in 2027.
It targets the categories of the next decade: fashion jewelry, baby & maternity products, outdoor & camping, drones and AI equipment, plus creative “trend” toys. About half the merchants are a new generation of operators, and a majority run their own brands or licensed IP products.
