The newest of the five original districts and the market’s “global” floor: imported food and brands, bedding and home textiles, fabric raw materials, auto parts, and Africa’s products pavilion all in one building.
District 5 opened in 2011 as the market’s flagship upgrade, with more than 7,000 stalls over five floors plus two underground levels. It mixes two very different worlds: imported products from more than 100 countries (food, wine, cosmetics, brands) and China’s own home textiles, bedding, knit raw materials and auto parts.
It is also where the African Products Exhibition Center and international brand pavilions are located, and the building connects directly to District 4.

Same market-wide format: District + Gate + Floor + Street + Stall. Example: “D5 · 2F · Street 9 · Stall 57231”. The pet-supply section (streets 7–12 on Floor 2) is a good example of why street numbers matter here.
